In accordance with article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, it is informed that your data will be processed by FIBERPACHS, SA (hereinafter, “FIBERPACHS”), as responsible for these.
Purpose
The purpose of the treatment is the evaluation of the aptitudes of the interested to opt for a certain position in FIBERPACHS. This treatment is legitimized by the consent given, which may be revoked at any time without affecting the legality of the treatment prior to its withdrawal.

The data collected will be kept for 5 years, as long as they are necessary to comply with current legislation. In case of not providing the requested data, it will not be possible to manage your internal candidacy in FIBERPACHS.
What rights you have over your data
The rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation or opposition may be exercised, as well as the right to the portability of the data, by writing to FIBERPACHS through the e-mail address gdpr@fiberpachs.com.
If you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations, you can submit a claim to the control authority at www.aepd.es.
